Match report An excellent win for the boys. George won the toss and put them in. Their two openers started well, putting on 37 in the first 8 overs. Mark Russell was introduced for his first bowl in league cricket and bowled superbly for his 4-5 from 4 overs. He was helped by 2 good catches from James M, one from Darius and an excellent stumping by Matthew. George bowled well and took 3-15 from his 4 overs, reducing them to 53-8. Matthew got another stumping, and Darius took 2 catches. A last wicket stand of 23 took their score to 76 before Thomas got the last wicket in the final over. A good performance, although we contributed 19 extras to their score, and that part of our game needs improving. Rob H (29no) and Rob C (39no) then batted superbly to knock off the runs in the 13th over and give us a 10-wicket win.
