Junior parents:

Please let me know by email reply your child's name, age group for 2016 season, and any change to contact details/medical needs so that I can update the club database .

Please make payment, preferably online by bank transfer sort code 30-96-96  account number 02689852 reference your child's name/ children's names, or by cheque (payable to Purley on Thames CC) or cash (in a marked envelope) at the first session. Thank you.

 

Please save, complete and return one Junior membership form per child, as an attachment to an email to becky.clarke@hotmail.co.uk. New players: Please save, complete and return an Adult membership form, as an attachment to an email to becky.clarke@hotmail.co.uk. Please pay Patrick Allen cash or cheque at the first session. Thank you.

 

Relevant membership forms are attached with this email.  Also attached is the Code of Conduct for Members and Guests, in keeping with ECB Clubmark accreditation. The Code is in place to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all junior cricketers and club members. These documents can also be downloaded from the Form Downloads section of Purley on Thames CC website.
