Please see attached the Adult Membership Forms for the 2017 season. Every Adult will need to complete the Adult Membership and Adult Payment Forms to complete membership.
Both forms should be returned to Patrick Allen, either in person or by email to patricio145@hotmail.co.uk
Membership prices are as follows:
£65 for Over 18's in Full Time employment
£32.50 for Over 18's NOT in Full Time employment
* There is a £10 deduction for membership forms returned before the 1st May (£5 deduction for Over 18's NOT in Full Time employment).
* There will be a £10 discount off memberships for any new Adult player you get to join (£5 discount for Over 18's NOT in Full Time employment).

Once Membership Forms are complete, you will be given a 6 month Membership Card to the Purley Sports and Social Club which entitles you to discounted prices.
