As we look ahead to the 2021 season and beyond at Purley on Thames CC, the committee decided to recruit a Club Development Officer to oversee the future of the club.
Dan Barclay has taken up the role and has formulated, with the input of the committee, a Development Plan for the coming months and years ahead.
Attached is a copy of the plan, comprising all elements of the club and time scales for each objective.
The plan will be evaluated and adapted periodically by the committee.
