Purley on Thames CC

Purley on Thames indoor league team lost their National Cup match against Hampstead at Lord's indoor cricket school. Hampstead batted first and struggled up to 124. The Potters put in a excellent fielding and bowling display to restrict the Middlesex side.
In reply the Potters never got going with all the batsman finding the bowling difficult. The Potters were all out in the last over for 64.
This is a first for the club in reaching Lords and came as a result of being crowned Berkshire league champions in 2013.
