We are in need of purchasing a new wicket mower for next season, the one has done its service well but is very much on its last legs!
The mower we are looking to purchase will cost about £4,550. We will be aiming to get a grant (Greenham Common Community Trust Ltd) to help pay for part of this but we need to look to raise as much money as we can ourselves. We have signed up to www.findmeagrant.org where anyone can make a donation to the cause. The minimum donation is £10. What is so good about this site is if you make a donation of £100 for example, the site will match your donation and then add a further 25% in Gift Aid. All this means a donation of £100 actually ends up as £225 being added to the money raised.
