Match report A fantastic win for the boys and a place in the semi-finals was fully deserved. We lost the toss and they chose to bat. Some good early tight bowling from Connor, Max and James Denton kept the score down. An excellent spell from Adam Khan (4-1-13-2) and a good two overs of spin from Callum (2-0-13-2) took wickets at good times. Rawdie got 3 gtood stumpings, and we restricted them to 99-8 off their 20 overs. Max set us on our way with a brisk 32no, which included six 4's and one 6. James Denton then continued the momentum with a good 25, and Connor kept one end safe until he was stumped for 15. We were cruising but lost 3 more crucial wickets before Rawdie saw us home with a 4 off the first ball of the 19th over to finish 16no. A great win and now for West Ilsley in the semi-finals. Bring it on!!
