Match report Purley lost the toss for the third game in a row and Dorchester on Thames elected to field. Pete Rackley and Gautham Kamath put on 54 for the first wicket before Pete was bowled by Rippington for 23. James Measham and an ever-tiring Gautham then added 66 but was out caught on the mid-wicket boundary by Redhead for a great knock of 62. James Measham completed his 50 but was out not longer after bowled by Knapton for 54.Tom Wheeler became Redheads third catching victim as he too was caught on the boundary for 8. Andrew Clarke succumbed to his third run out in three innings for a brief but good 13 and that left Khan Azhad and Andrew Bailey to end the innings with cameo knocks of 32 not out and 16 not out respectively.Purley on Thames finished with 242 for 6 off 40 overs.
Donnington never really set out to challenge the total and moved slowly to a total of 96 for 7 off 40 overs. Khan Azhad and Tom Wheeler finished with two wickets each and Andrew Bailey completed his good all round day with one wicket and two catches.
