Match report Another batting collapse saw us lose for the third game in a row. The skipper won the toss for the first time this season, and chose to field on a dampish, very slow wicket. We bowled and fielded OK, and managed to bowl them out for 127. Harry (2-15) and Nufail (3-29) bowled well, and 16 year old Jameel Khan on his adult debut boweld 6 overs and got 2-8, a great effort. Kieran (32) and Kirwin (21) put on 57 for the opening stand to give us a trememndous platform to win the game. Unfortunately, apart from Nufail (19), we threw the game away by playing some rash and poor decision-making shots. We were bowled out for 110, losing by 17 runs. We need to show much more application when batting, especially from the senior players in the team, otherwise it will be a long hard season.
