Match report A disappointing defeat today. After winning the toss the skipper chose to field. The bowling and fielding were very good again, and we did well to bowl them out for 184 in the 44th over. Sam W took 3 wickets and 14 year old Sam Jugg had impressive figures of 5-1-18-2. We had 46 overs and the skipper started well. However once the skipper holed out for 23 no-one except Pahi could get going. Pahi and 15 year old Sam P put a good partnership together before Pahi was out for a good 55. Sam P got his highest score for us of 17, but we were eventually bowled out for 114 in the 36th over, losing by 70 runs. We need to raise our batting performance for next weeks trip to Woodley.
