Match report Another good win for the 3rds today. They won the toss and put us in to bat on a good looking pitch and fast outfield. We started slowly, but Pahi (48) and Rifas (25) put on 76 to take us to 106 before two good catches removed both of them. James M (33) batted really well with Pahi and again with Rob P (18) to ensure we got to a respectable total of 182. We lost the last 4 wickets for 2 runs, and gave them an extra 8 overs. We knew we would have to bowl and field well to win the game. Luckily Harry was on top form again and took 5-41 from his 10 overs, including the important wicket of Cooper (41) who looked like he would win the game on his own at one stage. A late flurry from their last 3 batsmen gave the skipper some nervy moments, but in the end we bowled them out for 142 in the 25th over, to win by 40 runs.
