Hi - Potterers vs Falkland result....

An excellent days cricket - batting first the Potterers amassed 224 for 3 wickets - net score 209 to set a stiff target for the fledgling Falkland team..Greg top scored with 42 runs, ably backed up by all the batting only losing 3 wickets - julie, debutant Steve Costello and Martin Sweeney each scoring 26!

In reply Falkland struggled throughout the innings losing 17 wickets in total (including 5 runouts) our best bowling - Greg 5 wickets for 6 runs and Julie 2 for 20.

Good to hopefully help Falkland develop but very enjoyable in lovely weather - thanks to all who supplied and served tea, pssc for opening for us , Jill for scoring and Bob for umpiring.
