Match report A great day at the Worcester Walking Cricket Festival - we were able to field 2 teams into the competition, The Potterers and Dawdlers.

The Potterers won 3 games out of 4 finishing joint 2nd in the Shield Competition...Potterers results..

Game 1 lost to Bartrestree by 10 runs
Game 2 beating Redditch by 11 runs
Game 3 beating Chalfont by 58 runs
Game 4 beating Dudley by 51 runs

Game 1 lost to Worcester Central by 6 runs
Game 2 beating Dudley by 28 runs
Game 3 lost to Bartrestree by 40 runs
Game 4 beating Worcester Mixed by 29 runs.

A brilliant day organised by Worcester Cricket Foundation all played in an excellent spirit and friendship.

Big thank you to Karen Bishop for organising our day, Colin Ainger for captaining the Potterers, Richard Amos for captaining/herding the cats that formed the Dawdlers, our supporters and all who played.
